**All new customer apppointment will require acceptance**

Customers are allow up to 10 minutes of company grace period. Kindly communicate with our studio by email, text or phone call if your are running behind. After 10 minutes we will reschedule your appointment. 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Customers can reschedule appointments 12 hours before appointment. However, After the 12 hour window, a fee of 25% of the service price will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the service price will be applied.
